Biographical Information[edit]
Tommy Watkins became a minor league coach and manager after his retirement as a player, staying in the Minnesota Twins organization. In 2019, he was promoted to his first major league coaching job, as first base coach under new manager Rocco Baldelli and kept the position until the end of the 2021 season. In 2022, he became the team's third base coach where he stayed in 2023 and 2024.
