Biographical Information[edit]

Tim Clark played in the minor leagues and CPBL.

Clark was drafted by the Milwaukee Brewers in the 8th round of the 1990 Amateur Draft, and he hit .260/.356/.384 in his first season for the Beloit Brewers. He recorded a .274/.366/.401 batting line in 1991 with the Stockton Ports, then the Brewers released him. Clark then hit .357/.417/.585 with 11 homers for the Salt Lake City Trappers in 1992 while winning the batting title of the Pioneer League, and the Florida Marlins signed him with a minor league contract. He crushed 17 homers with 126 RBI for the High Desert Mavericks in 1993, and his batting line was .363/.420/.584 with 10 triples. He won the batting title again in the California League, leading the league in RBI, hits and triples, ranking 2nd in runs (11 behind Kerwin Moore) and 9th in homers (tying Brent Cookson).

In 1994, Clark had a .265/.335/.414 batting line foe the Portland Sea Dogs but he also collected 112 strikeouts. His batting line was .271/.347/.395 in Portland in 1995, and the Marlins released him. Clark then played for the Saraperos de Saltillo of the Mexican League for 4 years. He signed with the Baltimore Orioles in 1998, and he hit .316/.397/.546 with 10 homers for the Bowie Baysox. Clark then went to Taiwan and joined the Wei Chuan Dragons, and he recorded a .306/.405/.417 batting line in 16 games. That was his last season as a professional player
