Talk:A'Heasy
It's a minor note about a very minor and largely inconsequential player, but I theorize "A'Heasy" might actually have been "A. Heasy," as in his first name began with "A" and his last name was "Heasy." The surname "A'Heasy" doesn't seem to exist much outside of this one guy, it looks like, and Heasy, though still unpopular, is far more prevalent. Alexsautographs (talk) 17:58, 24 April 2019 (UTC)
- The apostrophe was also used often when shortening names in boxscores. The H could be either a double l or a double t, for example, but I can't come up with a plausible name either, even with those changes. Hard to know unless someone runs into a newspaper story from that time mentioning his full name. Philippe (talk) 13:26, 25 April 2019 (UTC)
A'Heasy is the actual last name [1] [2] [3] [4]. I haven't found a first name, but the first initial is B [5]. Jeff (talk) 02:07, 17 August 2023 (UTC)
