Biographical Information[edit]

Swindly Lint has played for the Curaçao national team.

He hit .213/.288/.266 for Palm Beach State in 2016-2017. [1] In the 2018 U-23 Baseball World Cup, he hit .125/.250/.208 for the Netherlands, fielded .967 and allowed one run in two innings. [2] In the 2022 Caribbean Baseball Cup, he was 1 for 10 with 5 walks, 3 runs and 2 RBI as a DH for Curaçao, tying for 6th in walks; his team won a spot in the 2023 Central American and Caribbean Games. [3] During those Games, he pinch-hit twice - batting for Kevin Moesquit against Cuba's Franky Quintana, he hit into a force; batting for Rayshelon Carolina, he grounded out against Freddie Cabrera of Puerto Rico. He also took the hill twice. In the opener against El Salvador, he closed out a 12-4 win, relieving Sedley Karel. He got Jason Flores on a fly, allowed a double to Emerson Bonilla, retired Melvin Deras and got José Guevara swinging to end it. Versus the Dominican Republic, he succeeded Elchero Francisco in the 6th with men on the corners, no outs and a 8-0 deficit in the 6th. Adrian Valerio greeted him with a RBI double and Luis Valenzuela singled in a run to end the game due to the mercy rule. [4]
