Biographical Information[edit]
Jason Flores has played for the Salvadoran national team.
Flores hit .182/.250/.182 with two runs and two RBI in four games in the 2017 Bolivarian Games, El Salvador's first Bolivarian Games. He had 14 putouts, one assist and no errors in the field. He tied Jorge Alfaro for the event lead with two times plunked, as many as the entire Peruvian or Venezuelan teams. [1] The teenager had a rougher time in the 2017 Central American Games, going 1-for-17 with two walks, a hit-by-pitch, two runs and a RBI for the Bronze Medal co-winners. [2] He was El Salvador's starting center fielder in the 2023 Central American and Caribbean Games Central American Qualifier, hitting .231/.375/.231, leading their starters in OBP (they had already qualified for the 2023 Central American and Caribbean Games as host and were using the event as a warm-up. [3]
