Biographical Information[edit]
Rudy Terrasas has scouted for many years. After college, he was a teacher and junior high school coach for six years. He began as an associate scout with the 1981 Philadelphia Phillies and was a full-time scout by 1983; he signed Chuck McElroy among others.
