Biographical Information[edit]

Infielder Ray Brubaker played minor league ball from 1912 to 1934, the last 15 years with the Oakland Oaks. From 1915 to 1934 he played 2,338 games, collecting 2,183 hits, 370 2B, 173 SB, and a .286 average.

Brubaker died after suffering a heart attack in his team's dugout during a game.
