Since 2005, Paul Ricciarini has been Senior Director of Player Personnel for the Houston Astros.
Ricciarini was a scout for the Cincinnati Reds (1979), Toronto Blue Jays (1980-1987), and Atlanta Braves (1988- ). some of the notable players he has signed include George Bell, Todd Stottlemyre, Jeff Musselman, and Mark Wohlers.
