Biographical Information[edit]

Nathéo Collazos Munoz debuted for the MSG Phoenix in Belgium in 2021, going 0 for 9. [1] In '22, he hit .200/.268/.280. [2] In the 2022 European U18 Championship, he was 4 for 11 with 7 walks and allowed one run in 3 1/3 IP. He started in right for Belgium. He tied for 3rd in walks. [3]

In '23, he batted .238/.445/.263 for the Phoenix with 14 steals in 16 tries and was 0-2 with a 13.83 ERA. [4] In the 2023 U23 European Championship, he was 0 for 1 and allowed 5 runs in 3 innings. [5] He still made the Belgian national team for the 2023 European Championship. He made one appearance, on the hill, relieving Brendan Verspreet in the 6th against Germany; there were two outs, the bases loaded and Belgium trailed 11-1. He retired Shawn Larry to escape that jam. After Belgium score din the bottom of the inning, he had a rocky 7th. Simon Bäumer grounded out but Yannic Walther walked, stole second and scored on a Kevin Van Meensel single. David Grimes hit into a force and Cody Schultz drew another walk. Alex Schmidt singled in a run and Eric Brenk doubled in a pair. Vincent Ahrens grounded out to end the inning. Only Edouard Vanheer had a higher ERA for Belgium in the event. [6]
