Biographical Information[edit]
Mike Kinkade won an Olympic gold medal for the United States in the 2000 Sydney Olympics. He was also on Team USA for the qualifiers for the 2008 Olympics, hitting .333/.487/.433 while starting at third base ahead of Mark Reynolds.
Kinkade became a coach in 2011 with the Everett AquaSox. He managed the AZL Mariners in 2012, and was a coach for the Clinton LumberKings in 2013 and Jackson (TN) Generals in 2014.
