Biographical Information[edit]
Luis Marquez was assistant coach at Scotts Bluff County College for two years. He was a New York Mets scout from 2008-2011, signing Sneider Batista, Isaac Monrroy and Jhonathan Torres. In 2012, he moved to the Toronto Blue Jays as their Venezuelan Scouting Director. In that role, he helped sign Hansel Rodriguez.
