Biographical Information[edit]

Lilian Amoros has pitched in the French Division I and for the French national team.

He debuted in the French Division I with the Montpellier Barracudas in 2017, going 1-1 with a save and a 5.68 ERA in 8 games. [1] the next year, he switched to the Savigny Lions and fell to 2-2, 6.87, batting .156/.270/.188. [2] In the 2019 U23 European Championship, he was France's most-used hurler (10 IP) despite only being 18. He was 0-2 with a 6.30 ERA, losing to Germany and Belgium. [3]

The middle infielder-pitcher showed good progress on the hill in 2019 (4-4, 2.98, .26 opponent average) while hitting .179/.298/.359 and fielding .938. [4] He made the France squad and started one game, a 23-0 mercy rule rout of Croatia. He had a 1-2-3 first, retiring Kruno Gojković, Slobodan Gales and Philip Smith before Dario Colović doubled to open the 2nd. He got the next three in turn. In the 3rd, he allowed two hits but escaped unscathed. Yoann Vaugelade took over in the 4th with France already winning, 22-0. [5]
