Biographical Information[edit]

Relief pitcher Kaleb Fleck began his professional career in 2012 after being signed by the Arizona Diamondbacks as a non-drafted free agent on September 19, 2011. The scout was Greg Lonigro.

With the South Bend Silver Hawks in 2012, he was 4-2 with a 2.73 ERA in 24 appearances and in 2013, he was 2-1 with a 2.89 ERA and a 9.6 strikeout-per-nine-inning ratio for the Visalia Rawhide. With the Mobile BayBears in 2014, Fleck went 7-3 with 17 saves and 79 strikeouts in 63 1/3 innings, earning a spot on the Arizona Fall League's Salt River Rafters roster. He had a 3.12 mark in the AFL that year. In 2015, he was 4-1 with a 3.46 ERA in 42 games for the Triple A Reno Aces, again averaging over 11 strikeouts per nine innings. He began 2016 with Reno.
