Biographical Information[edit]
Ju-chan Park has played in the KBO and for the South Korea national baseball team.
Park was signed by the NC Dinos in 2019, and he missed two seasons due to military service. He hit .336/.377/.464 in the minors in 2023, and he also had 14 at-bats with the big club. Park then represented South Korea in the 2023 Asian Championship. He was 0-for-4 against Chinese Taipei, and he went 2-for-4 with 2 runs against Hong Kong. Park had a 1-for-1 record against State of Palestine and he was 2-for-4 with 2 runs against the Philippines. He went 1-for-3 against Japan. In the Bronze Medal game, Palk went 1-for-2 with a RBI and Korea beat the Philippines with a 7-0 score to win Bronze. He played every infield position except short during the event. However, Park suffered a serious left knee injury in spring training camp of the 2024 season, and his season was over.
