Biographical Information[edit]

Joe Kruzel has been a coach and manager.

Kruzel was an infielder at Toledo from 1985-1988. After graduating, he remained there as assistant coach from 1989-1992. From 1993-2003, he was the school's head coach. Joe was assistant at Miami University in 2005.

In 2006, Kruzel was hitting coach for the GCL Reds. He managed the Billings Mustangs in 2007. He was hitting coach for the Quad Cities River Bandits in 2008-2012. Kruzel managed the Johnson City Cardinals in 2013. He was scheduled to be manager of the Springfield Cardinals in 2020 before the season was cancelled due to Covid-19.
