Biographical Information[edit]
Jim Byrd made two pinch running appearances with the Boston Red Sox in 1993. He was slated to be a player/coach for the Tulsa Drillers in 1995 [1], but his last appearance as a player was in 1994 in Double A with two organizations. He managed the Charlotte Rangers from 1998-2000 and also spent time in 2000 with the Tulsa Drillers.
