Jack Russell Memorial Stadium in Clearwater, FL, was the home of Clearwater affiliated baseball from 1954 through 2003. After that, the Clearwater Phillies of the Florida State League and Philadelphia Phillies spring training began playing in a new ballpark five miles away - with the C-Phillies becoming the Clearwater Threshers.

In 2019, the old yard hosted the FSL's Dunedin Blue Jays while Dunedin Stadium was thoroughly renovated.

Russell, a Major League pitcher who retired to Clearwater in 1940, succeeded in business and then in politics. After the Phillies moved their spring-training workouts to dilapidated Clearwater Athletic Field in 1947, Russell started advocating for a new ballpark. During his tenure on the city commission, the result opened as Jack Russell Stadium - with "Memorial" added after his 1990 death. It remained the home of the Phillies until their 2004 move.

Russell is one of five Florida ballparks that then or previously hosted affiliated or MLB spring-training baseball to appear in the HBO film Long Gone (1987).[1] The others were Henley Field and Joker Marchant Stadium in Lakeland, Plant Field at the University of Tampa, and McKechnie Field in Bradenton.

Much of the stadium was later demolished, but the playing field, unroofed stands and offices remain as the playpen continues to host amateur baseball.

During its professional ball tenure, it had a capacity of 6,942 people.
