In the 2017 Bolivarian Games, he started against defending champion Panama and lasted 1 2/3 IP (3 H, 3 BB, 4 R, 2 ER); Edgar Paredes took over. His 10.80 ERA was better than the team's 13.02 mark.
Reaño allowed one run in 1 2/3 IP in the 2019 Pan American Games, Peru's first baseball appearance in a Pan American Games. By the 2022 Bolivarian Games, he was Peru's oldest player, two years older than Ken Ishihara. He had a 1.50 ERA in two appearances; only Andrés Hamamoto and Akira Itokazu were better for Peru. In the 2022 South American Championship, he relieved Ishihara in the 4th with a perfect game in progress against Peru. He struck out Cristian Soliz but José Delgado reached on a Rider Zevallos error to end the perfecto. He kept the no-hitter going, getting Alexi Legra to hit into a force and Humberto Salas to fly out. Alex Takano closed out the no-no.
