Biographical Information

Gabriel Valladares was on the Chilean national team. In their first game in a Pan American Games (the 2023 Pan American Games), he started at DH in the opener. After striking out against Mexico's Wilmer Ríos, he was pinch-hit for by Cristobal Hiche. He replaced Anderson Castro at first base late in their loss to Panama, handling one put-out and not batting. His last appearance in the Games was against Venezuela. Pinch-hitting for David Rubio in the last inning, he got plunked by José Guzmán.
