Biographical Information[edit]

Relief pitcher Francisco Gracesqui began his professional career in 2012.

He was signed by the Toronto Blue Jays on August 24, 2011. The scout was Mike Pesce. With the GCL Blue Jays in 2012, he had a 2.88 ERA and a 12.1 K/9 IP ratio in 34 1/3 innings. He had a 4-0 record and a 2.82 ERA in 17 games for the Bluefield Blue Jays in 2013 and in 2014, between the Vancouver Canadians and Lansing Lugnuts, his ERA was 1.26 and his K/9 IP ratio was 11.1. In three seasons in the Blue Jays chain, he had allowed a .219 average and fanned 106 in 92 1/3 IP but walked 54. He began 2015 with Lansing, but was released by Toronto and signed with the independent New Jersey Jackals.

His brother is former major league pitcher Frank Gracesqui.
