Biographical Information[edit]
Fernando Arroyo had the second lowest strikeout ratio of all 1970s and 1980s pitchers, minimum 500 innings thrown, with a mark of 2.89 per nine innings. The number spot is held by the late Steve Kline. In 1990, Fernando pitched in the Senior Professional Baseball Association for the Sun City Rays. He pitched in 3 games and was 1-0 at the time the league folded.
