Biographical Information[edit]
Doug Banks played baseball at the University of Arizona. He became a Texas Rangers area scout in 2012, having worked for the team in various capacities from 2008-2011. He signed Marcus Greene.
Banks became a coach with the AZL Padres in 2016, Fort Wayne TinCaps in 2017, Lake Elsinore Storm in 2018-2019, and El Paso Chihuahuas in 2021.
