Biographical Information[edit]
Dayle Feldtman was a DH for the South African national team that won the 2019 Africa Cup Baseball Championship, hitting .636/.733/1.091 with 6 runs and 5 RBI in 4 games. He was 3rd in average (between teammates Darren Boltman and Rowan Ebersohn), tied for 8th in hits, tied Charl Cordier for 9th in total bases (12), was 5th in slugging (between Boltman and Paul Wafula), tied Ebersohn for 3rd in OBP, tied Lassina Sanfo and Haydn Mathee for 8th in walks (4) and was 5th in OPS (between MVP Kyle Botha and Wafula). In the 2019 Europe/Africa Olympic Qualifier, he was 0 for 9 as a DH/C. [2] He is the brother of Duane Feldtman. [3]
