Dalbert Sirí has pitched as high as AAA and has been on the Dominican national team.

He was signed by the Cleveland Indians in November 2014. He was 2-3 with a save and a 2.72 ERA for the 2015 DSL Indians, allowing a .219 average but issuing 20 walks in 36 1/3 IP. In 2016, he was with the AZL Indians (1-1, 4 Sv, 4.13 in 17 G) and Mahoning Valley Scrappers (1 H, 0 R in 7 IP), allowing 19 hits in 29 innings and striking out 43.

Sirí moved up to the Lake County Captains in 2017, going 1-2 with 14 saves, a 3.10 ERA, a .192 opponent average and 64 K in 40 2/3 IP but 26 walks. He tied Tommy Eveld for 3rd in the Midwest League in saves and falling one shy of Argenis Angulo for the most saves by an Indians farmhand. In '18, he had more of the same, now with the Lynchburg Hillcats, going 1-5 with 15 saves, a 2.45 ERA, 71 K in 47 2/3 IP, a .182 opponent average, .282 opponent slugging but 29 walks. He tied Henry Martinez for the most saves in Cleveland's minors and he was 3rd in the Carolina League behind Luke Barker and Tyler Erwin.

The right-hander was 1-0 with a save for the 2018 Glendale Desert Dogs in the Arizona Fall League but had a 7.84 ERA. In '19, he pitched for the Akron RubberDucks (2-2, 10 Sv, 2.98 ERA, 48 K, 29 BB in 45 1/3 IP) and Columbus Clippers (0 R in 2 1/3 IP). While his save total was down, he led the Indians' minor leaguers and he tied Jonathan Teaney for 4th with 46 games pitched. He tied for 5th in the Eastern League in pitching appearances and did not make the top 10 in saves.

He then pitched for the Dominican entry in the 2019 Premier 12. He relieved Neftali Feliz with a 10-7 deficit in the top of the 9th against Team USA in his lone outing. He was crisp, fanning both Bobby Dalbec and Andrew Vaughn before Jake Cronenworth grounded out. The Dominicans scored once in the bottom of the 9th to fall short. [1]
