DSL Mets

The DSL Mets have been the New York Mets' affiliate in the Dominican Summer League. Dating back to 1992, they have included Guillermo Mota, Octavio Dotel and Nelson Cruz.
The Mets previously sent players to the 1989 DSL Pirates/Cardinals/Mets, 1990 DSL Royals/Mets, and 1991 DSL Yankees/Mets. From 1998 to 2000, the Mets supported multiple teams in the DSL. First it was the 1998-1999 DSL Mets 1 and 1998 DSL Mets 2 and 1999 DSL Mets 2/Co-op, then the 2000 DSL Mets East and DSL Mets West.
