Biographical Information

First Baseman Chia-Hsien Tseng played in the CPBL for 3 years.

Tseng was drafted by the Chinatrust Whales in the third round of the 2004 CPBL Draft, and he hit .313/.361/.507 in the minor league in 2005. He only played 7 games with the big club in 2006, then he hit .242/.307/.308 in 2007. Tseng recorded a .239/.338/.353 batting line in 2008, but he went undrafted in the special draft after the Whales dissolved, and his career ended.

Overall, Tseng had hit .238/.326/.343 with 72 hit in 3 seasons in the CPBL.
