Much like how we had to go down odd rabbit holes over Clay Dailey, I noticed thedeadballera.com also mentions two other minor leaguers suicides who I can't find any record of on BR or anything. Whoever Carl Britton (d. 1916 according to the site) and Ed Strickland (d. 1910 after shooting his girlfriend) were. 𝕮𝖔𝖉𝖞 (talk) 20:19, 8 October 2024 (UTC)

Apparently whoever James Payne is too (d. 1910). Can't find any info on him either. I wonder where exactly Frank Russo is finding some of these guys even. 15:54, 11 October 2024 (UTC)

Its possible. I'm not saying he's wrong on all of them but there is quite a bit of incorrect information on that site such as the fact that he has Carl Sitton's death listed as a heart attack despite every confirmed report and death certificate as well as a few others that are just completely wrong.
