Biographical Information[edit]
Casey Parsons played in parts of four seasons in the major leagues. He only had 5 career starts in his 63 career games, appearing 48 times as a pinch hitter or pinch runner. He hit one grand slam in his career on August 6, 1987 as a member of the Cleveland Indians against the Toronto Blue Jays. It was a pinch hit grand slam; he came on to pinch hit for Carmen Castillo. The pitcher for the Blue Jays was Mark Eichhorn.
Parsons was a coach for the 1988 Memphis Chicks.
