Brian Rodaway pitched in the minor leagues and the CPBL.

Rodaway was drafted by the Houston Astros in the 16th round of the 2001 Amateur Draft, and he went 7-3 with a 2.34 ERA for the Pittsfield Astros in his first year. He walked only 11 in 88 1/3 IP. He tied for 5th in the New York-Penn League in wins, was 8th in ERA (between Luz Portobanco and Chris Flinn) and joined Ross Peeples as the NYPL All-Star left-handed pitchers. He was 6-3 with a 2.13 ERA for the Lexington Legends in 2002, and he went 2-2 with a 4.00 ERA for the Michigan Battle Cats. Rodaway was 5-9 with a 3.99 ERA for the Salem Avalanche in 2003, then he slumped to 5-8 with a 4.87 ERA in 2004.

After leaving the Astros system, Rodaway returned to his hometown, and he was 8-7 with a 3.55 ERA for the Lincoln Saltdogs. The Brother Elephants of Taiwan then signed him, but Rodaway only had a 4.14 ERA with a 2-3 record in the 2006 CPBL. He left Taiwan in May, and he was 8-3 with a 3.53 ERA for the Saltdogs in the rest of the season. He spent his last two seasons with the Atlantic City Surf, and he was 15-3 with a 3.23 ERA in 2007 while having a 10-9 record with a 3.90 ERA in 2008. In '07, he easily led the Canadian-American Association in wins (four ahead of Rolando Viera) and was 9th in ERA (between Matt Bishop and Mikc McTamney). He was named the league's All-Star left-handed hurler. He tied Matt Salvato and Matt Weagle for 6th in the 2008 Can-Am in victories.

He had gone 68-50 with a 3.62 ERA in 211 games as a pro, walking 276 in 1,072 2/3 IP.
