Biographical Information[edit]
Bogdan Jotic was on the Slovenian national team in the 1995 European Championship, their first European Championship. In their debut versus Italy, he was their third hurler, following Tine Zaletel and Domen Rotar. He worked the final inning, allowing five hits, a walk and six runs (three earned) in a 17-1 mercy rule loss. He also batted, striking out against Emiliano Ginanneschi. He got his first hit off Joeri Loykens of Belgium. He took the loss against Rinat Makhmutov and Russia. His 5.40 ERA, though, easily led the team, 3.04 ahead of #2 Samo Perko. He hit .200/.333/.300 and fielded .828. His four pitching appearances tied Perko for the team lead and tied for second in the event, one shy of Ginanneschi.
