Biographical Information[edit]
Apichat Ngamying played for the Thailand national team in the 2005 Southeast Asian Games (winning Silver) and 2006 Asian Games. In the 2007 Baseball World Cup, he split shortstop with Anukul Sudsawad and second base with Nirun Jaroenkitsiriwong. He was 2 for 13 with a walk, run and 2 RBI (the only player on Thailand with multiple RBI in the event). He handled 18 chances on defense without an error. He played for Thailand in the 2007 Asian Championship and won Gold with them in the 2007 Southeast Asian Games. He will represent Thailand in the 2010 Intercontinental Cup. The 30-year-old was Thailand's third-oldest player after Teerasak Kongsabai and Somsak Sarnwit.
