2023 Ohio Valley Conference Tournament

The 2023 Ohio Valley Conference baseball tournament was held May 24- at Mtn Dew Park in Marion, IL. #5 Eastern Illinois University defeated #1 Morehead State University for the title. Ryan Ignoffo of Eastern Illinois was named MVP.
