The 2014 Southern Conference baseball tournament was held at Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park in Charleston, SC. #4 Georgia Southern University defeated #3 Samford University for the title. Jason Richman of Georgia Southern was named Most Outstanding Player.

Samford later vacated all wins in tournament.
