The 2010 Italian Baseball League title was won by by Cariparma as they defeated UGF Bologna to win their 10th scudetto and first since 1997. Parma SS Marco Yepez was named series MVP. Former major leaguer Jim Brower pitched a no-hitter for Telemarket Rimini against Montepaschi Grosseto. T&A San Marino OF Carlos Duran won the Triple Crown, the first triple crown winner since 1981.
