The 2007 East Coast Conference baseball tournament was held at the higher seed for 2 single elimination games, and in Oakdale, NY for a 4 team double elimination tournament. #1 Adelphi University defeated #3 Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus for the title. Ryan Boelsen of Adelphi was named Most Outstanding Player.
