2005 Asia Series

The 2005 Asia Series was played at the Tokyo Dome from November 10 to November 13, 2005. The series was sponsored by Konami, a Japanese video game company, and entitled the KONAMI CUP Asia Series 2005. The competition consisted of a preliminary round-robin consisting of six games. The top two teams after the round-robin stage advanced to the Championship Game. The Chiba Lotte Marines won the inagural Asia Series. Benny Agbayani was the MVP of the series.
