The 2003 Sun Belt Conference baseball tournament was held May 21 - 24 in Lafayette, LA. #6 Middle Tennessee State University defeated #4 Western Kentucky University for the title. Outfielder Chuck Akers of Middle Tennessee St. was named tournament MVP.
