2000 Southern Conference Tournament

The 2000 Southern Conference baseball tournament was held at Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park in Charleston, SC. #1 Georgia Southern University defeated #4 Furman University for the title. Matt Easterday of Georgia Southern was named MVP.
