1981 Division II Regionals
The field of 20 teams in the 1981 Division II Baseball Championship is broken down into 4 4-team Brackets and 2 2-team brackets. The 4-team brackets are a double elimination format, while the 2-team brackets are best of five format. The top team in each bracket advances to the 1981 Division II College World Series.
