1905 saw the Wheeling Stogies win the Central League title with a 81-56 record, beating out the Grand Rapids Orphans by a 3.5 game margin. George Miller was the only Stogie to show up in the individual statistics leaders. He pitched his way to a 21-10 record for a .677 winning pct.
