Biographical Information[edit]

Watara Noguchi was the youngest of four brothers in Nippon Pro Baseball, along with Akira Noguchi, Jiro Noguchi and Noboru Noguchi. He debuted with Kinki Nihon in 1944 as an infielder, hitting .118/.224/.118 in 18 games. Converted to pitching in 1946, Noguchi went 0-2 with a 2.84 ERA in six contests. He did not play again in NPB.
