Vince Genna Stadium

From BR Bullpen

Built in 1946, Vince Genna Stadium was a longtime minor league ballpark. It was home of the Bend Rainbows of the Northwest League from 1970 to 1971. After having no minor league team for several years, the Bend Timber Hawks began play there in 1978. The Northwest League team continued to play there until 1994 under several different names. From 1995 to 1998, the stadium was home to the Bend Bandits of the Western Baseball League. Currently, the park is home to the Bend Elks of the collegiate West Coast League.

The stadium is named after Vince Genna, a longtime supporter of baseball in Bend.
