Victor Vazquez hit .250/.294/.312 as a regular outfielder for Panama in the 2010 Pan American Games Qualifying Tournament, starting alongside Isaias Velasquez and Concepcion Rodriguez and ahead of Marlon Sucre. Panama won spots in the 2011 Pan American Games and 2011 Baseball World Cup. He also helped Panama win a Silver Medal in the 2013 Central American Games.
Vzquez was 3 for 11 with two walks, a double, four runs and two RBI as a backup 2B/LF for Panama when they won the Gold at the 2013 Bolivarian Games. In the 2014 Central American and Caribbean Games, he split 3B with Belarmino Campos and SS with Jorge Bishop; he was 4 for 16 with a walk. He hit a homer off Juan Menchaca for their lone run in their loss to Mexico.
