Biographical Information[edit]
Belarmino Campos was a minor league infielder.
Campos spent three years in the Texas Rangers chain. He hit .225/.340/.338 in 34 games for the 2010 DSL Rangers, backing up Hanser Alberto at SS (and fielding .973 there) and also seeing action at 2B and 3B. As a utility infielder in 2011 for the same club, he hit .300/.398/.386 in 22 contests. With the '12 DSL Rangers, Campos slumped to .225/.351/.358 with 35 runs and 33 walks in 58 games as a backup middle infielder.
He was the main third baseman for the Panamanian national team in the 2014 Central American and Caribbean Games, going 1 for 12 with a walk and fielding .875. He was 0 for 2 with a walk for Panama when they won the Silver Medal in the 2017 Bolivarian Games.
