Biographical Information[edit]

Victor Estevez played in the Arizona Diamondbacks minor league system from 2007-2010. He started in rookie ball with the Missoula Osprey and reached the High-A Visalia Rawhide for 20 games in his final season. Overall Estevez hit .233/.303/.305 while appearing in 253 games.

Estevez joined the Milwaukee Brewers organization in 2013 as an infield coach for the DSL Brewers and stayed in that role for three seasons. The Brewers promoted him to DSL Brewers manager in 2016. He was scheduled to return as manager in 2020 before COVID-19 caused the cancellation of the minor league season. In 2021 Estevez managed the DSL Brewers 1 squad. In addition, he served as the DSL Field Coordinator in 2020-2021. The Brewers promoted Estevez to manage the Carolina Mudcats in 2022-2023. In the latter year, Estevez was named the Carolina League Manager of the Year after the Mudcats compiled a 72-55 record and qualified for the playoffs for the first time since 2008. Estevez moved up to the High-A Wisconsin Timber Rattlers in 2024.

In recent years Estevez has also been active coaching in winter leagues.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Universidad del Caribe in 2020.
