Biographical Information[edit]
Victor Cepeda played in the minors league and the TML.
Cepeda began his professional career with the Detroit Tigers, and he was 4-1 with a 3.00 ERA for the GCL Tigers while having a 1.99 ERA in 8 games for the Lakeland Tigers in 1998. His ERA was 7.07 in 11 games in Lakeland in 1999, then the Tigers released him. Cepeda allowed 6 runs in 3 innings for the Atlantic City Surf in 2000, and he went 0-2 with a 6.00 ERA for the St. George Pioneerzz in 2001. The Taichung Agan signed him in 2002, and he was 1-1 with a 3.79 ERA. Cepeda announced his retirement after the 2002 season.
