Biographical Information

Wing-Ki Mui has played for the Hong Kong women's national team.

Debuting in the 2014 Women's Baseball World Cup, she was 2-for-7 with a walk, run and two RBI. As a 1B/RF in the 2016 Women's Baseball World Cup, she went 2-for-14 with a run and two RBI, handling 18 chances error-free. She starred in the 2017 Women's Baseball Asian Cup. She had 3 runs and 3 RBI in falling a homer shy of the cycle against India and hit .333/.353/.600 with six runs in five games. She tied for 5th in runs and was 5th in slugging (between Natsuki Hiruta and Chia-Hui Yang). Named to the All-Star outfield, she joined Hyung-yung Kim and Hsing-Yeh Tsai in being so honored. She was the only Hong Kong player to be named an All-Star in a Women's Baseball Asian Cup until Wai-Yee Vivien Cheung was selected in 2023.

In the 2018 Women's Baseball World Cup, her fifth-inning double off Namani Ono broke up a no-hit bid by Japan and she had a 3-RBI day versus Puerto Rico. She produced at a .250/.318/.350 clip with 5 RBI in 8 games, fielding .895. She led her country in RBI, two ahead of Woon-Yee Sinney Cheuk and Tan-Lee Dannii Cheung. She again just missed a cycle in the 2019 Women's Baseball Asian Cup (homering off Bakhtawar Iqbal), this time by a single against Pakistan, in a 5-RBI game. She also drove in 3 against India. For the Cup, she hit .500/.556/1.214 with 7 runs and 11 RBI in 5 games, handling 21 chances error-free. She tied Nagisa Murata for the RBI lead but did not make the All-Star outfield as Hye-ryeon Won, Sahoo Binu and Natsuki Yonetani got picked.

She kept up her dominant performances in Women's Baseball Asian Cups in 2023, when she had a .500/.647/.917 batting line with six runs in six games. She went yard off China's Sixuan Liu and had one of their two hits off Kana Onodera in their loss to champion Japan. She had the event's lone homer and tied Yuki Kawabata for 4th in total bases (11). Among players with 10+ AB, she was 5th in slugging, between Miwa Naraoka and Huan Yang. She was again left off the All-Star outfield; Seo-jin Yang, Hsiao-Mei Chen and Yaya Kojima got the nods. Their finish earned them a spot in the 2023 Women's Baseball World Cup, her fourth Women's Baseball World Cup. She slipped to .214/.267/.286 there.
