Biographical Information[edit]
Toshio Kojima spent six seasons in Nippon Professional Baseball. He played for the Osaka Tigers in 1936 and 1937, the Eagles in 1937, Kurowashi in 1941, Yamato in 1943, Pacific in 1946 and the Nishi Nippon Pirates in 1950. In 276 games, he batted .227/.320/.301 with four home runs and 120 RBI. He had a career-high .254 batting average with Kurowashi in 1941. He also managed Nishi Nippon in 1950, leading them to a 50-83 record.
