Biographical Information[edit]
Toby Greene has been a college coach.
Greene played baseball and football in college. He coached Sayre High School in 1924-1925, Bartlesville High School in 1926, Phillips University and Oklahoma City University. He was 312-132 at Oklahoma A&M/Oklahoma State University from 1942-1964 (the team did not play in 1944-1945 due to World War II), taking the school to the 1954 College World Series, 1955 College World Series, 1959 College World Series (winning it all), 1960 College World Series and 1961 College World Series. He produced ten major leaguers, most notably Jerry Adair, Joe Horlen and Frank Linzy.
