Biographical Information[edit]
Tim Kissner has been a scout. He was with the Cleveland Indians in 1999-2000, then spent 10 years as Pacific Rim Coordinator for the Philadelphia Phillies. In late 2010, he moved to the Chicago Cubs as their West Coast crosschecker. He was Director of International Operations for the Seattle Mariners in 2013.
Kissner scouted Andrew Baldwin, Kyrell Hudson, Darby Myers, Tyson Brummett, Travis D'Arnaud, Justin De Fratus, Anthony Gose, Kyle Kendrick, Scott Mathieson, Daniel Missaki, Drew Carpenter, Julio Rodríguez, and Vance Worley.
